I ordered flowers to be delivered on a particular day. I received a phone message, called back and Claire wanted to let me know her truck with fresh flowers was running late and therefore, so was my arrangement. The flowers were delivered that day. Our friend was thrilled! So was I! I really appreciated the phone call to let me know the flowers were running late.
